Hello,

I think the link was already expired and try to register another email address for that educational website because there are some instances that the link that says syntax error was already expired or having a trouble or please do try to open the link in to another browser which has the complete browser plug in.

I hope this suggestion will help you a lot.

Hello Joel,

You may be getting that error because of the following reasons:

  • The link that you're trying to click does not exist. You will need to contact the webmaster of that website if there are contact details on that website and notify them about the issue. They should rectify it.
  • Or in case you were having internet problems at the time you were registering the contact details, the error could be occurring because the internet might have disconnected or it might have been very slow at that time. You will therefore need to troubleshoot problems with internet connection and ensure that you have strong internet connection and then try again.

Regards,

Carl
