You are not able to install any programs on your computer. Make sure you have installed the Windows operating system in the C:/Windows directory.
After that, you can follow the steps given below.
Method 1
• Open the registry editor and locate the key named HKLMSystemCurrentControlSetServicesMSIServer. Change the display name of this key.
• Close the registry edit and start the regserver service.
Method 2
• Unregister the service using the command prompt on the Windows Registry Editor.
• Now register the service again.
