Hi,
Solve this problem. PLEASE! I own a laptop and I’ve installed Windows 7 In it. While I try to download a license file for music, I’m getting this message.
"Your Netscape browser does not have Microsoft Windows Media Services plug-ins installed". How can I make the ‘Microsoft Windows Media Services plug-ins’ available? I’m running out of ideas. Please suggest some ideas.
Thanks in advance.

Getting error while I try to download a license file for music
Isabellartd,
Thank you for your inquiry. In order to play your music files, you just need to do a couple of things. By doing this it will ensure that when you do "rip" files they won't be protected, therefore, you will be able to play them on as many computers as you wish. First, on Windows Media Player, go to options and then click on the "Privacy" tab. On the "Privacy" tab uncheck the box that says "Download usage rights automatically when I play or sync a file". The next thing is to also make sure the box that says "Automatically check if protected files need to be refreshed" is unchecked. Once this is done you should be good to go.

Hi,
The issue here is not the privacy settings but is Netscape. I feel Netscape is not able to support some of the features that are required for proper privacy protection (Authentication) and therefore it is giving you the problem. So in order to solve the problem just copy paste the URL from Netscape to Internet explorer and it should hopefully solve the problem. Thanks
