Getting iMessages on new as well as old iPhone
I got a new iPhone 4S, but I had upgraded my old 4 to iOS 5. I want to give it to my brother. But on wi-fi, I get iMessages on both the phones. I want them to come only to my 4S and not to the old one.

When your iDevice is upgraded to iOS 5, it would automatically have iMessage on it since it is one of the features and upgrades brought about by the iOS 5 operating system. If you would prefer not to have iMessage on one of your iDevices, you can just disable the feature by going to Settings then go to Messages then you'll have an option to turn on or turn off iMessage in the iDevice. It should actually be fine to have iMessage on the iDevices that are being used in your household. Just make sure when you give your iPhone 4, you've already wiped it to factory settings or changed the settings so as not to reflect your own.
