Getting problem with android USB memory stick manager

Hello there,

I have installed android usb memory stick manager in my smartQ 5 but now I am facing problem in accessing the USB memory device contents which plug into the q5. What can be the solution to this problem ?

Getting problem with android USB memory stick manager

 

Hi,

Application needs a root access to the USB. If you don’t enable the root access you can’t connect with the q5. I will tell you how to enable the root access.

Please follow the instructions that I have given below.

First you need to download Root Enabler. Go to given below link and install it on your device.

http://android.gval.biz/download/Q5_Root_Enabler.apk

Then the installation is completed, Locate Q5 Root Enabler in the menu page. Click the icon.

After clicking the icon, you can see a new window appears. Click Start.

Then you have to wait a few seconds until the progress is done. Note: If you have to wait more than 30 seconds please restart your phone and start the application again.

After successfully completed the process, you can see a list of apk files. If not you have to do this again because it is failed.

 When this has done completely, now you can uninstall the application.
