I am using Windows Defender in my Windows 10, but now I am facing this error windows defender error code 0x80240016 inWindows Defender. I do not even know what does this mean. If anyone knows how to get rid of this error, kindly share your valuable suggestions.

Getting Rid Of Error Windows Defender Error Code 0x80240016 In Windows 10

You can easily get rid of this problem, once you perform these steps on your system in the same sequence.

1. Download the tool “Reimage repair tool” to your computer and double-click the executable file.
2. A welcome screen will appear. Click on “install”.

3. Do not disconnect your internet since reimage will install some files from internet.
4. Once the scan is complete, you will be able to know which areas of your system are affected. If there are some, click on “Start Repair.”
5. Restart your computer to make changes.
