Hey. I bought a new modem for my personal use. I am new to the use of such devices. I need to find out for my Linksys WAP54G default IP. How do I get the details? Very urgent. Please reply ASAP.

Hello. The Linksys WAP54G default IP has a modern approach to the modems. It is very different from the other Linksys products. It has the following details:

Username:    blank–Not Available

Password:      blank– Not Available

IP:                   192.168.1.245

Getting The Linksys WAP54G Default IP Login And Password:

If you have a Linksys WAP54G Wi-Fi router and for several other Linksys access points, the following are the default IP addresses:

• WAP54G – 192.168.1.245
• WAP55AG – 192.168.1.246
• WAP54GP – 192.168.1.245
• WAP51AB – 192.168.1.250
• WAP11 – 192.168.1.251

To access the control panel of your access points or Wi-Fi router, you need to use a web browser and verify that your computer is connected to the access point via cable. Open your web browser then enter the IP address in the address bar specific to your model and then hit Enter.

In the login screen, leave the “User name” field blank then for “Password,” enter the following and then click “OK”:

admin

This is the default settings. In case you changed the login details and you forgot the password, go to Resetting the access point to factory defaults and follow the instructions to reset the router.
