Gmail looping infinitely on iPad in Safari after updating to iOS 8?

Earlier when I was using iOS 7 and logging into my Gmail Account from Safari Internet Browser it worked fine and I was able to operate my Account pretty well. But, after updating to iOS 8 after providing my Username and Password to Gmail site on Safari, it loops infinitely and never logs into the account. I waited for 45 long minutes for it but it was looping infinitely. I wanted to know is there any option to log into Gmail with normal operability.

Gmail looping infinitely on iPad in Safari after updating to iOS 8?

To avoid Gmail looping on safari 

Option 1: Try clearing cookies, Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data ( remember it will clear all history as well) 

Option 2: Smart labels feature in Gmail may sometimes cause this issue, please access Gmail using https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=https://mail.google.com/mail/&ss=1&scc=1&ltmpl=default&ltmplcache=2&emr=1&osid=1#;

Option 3: Use Gamil native app from the App store  

Option 4: Try using Chrome instead
