Hi. To learn how to scan for wireless networks, you first need to make sure that the PC supports wireless connectivity. To check for connections, click on start. After start, select the control panel. Following this, click on network and the internet and finally select the network and sharing centre. Next, change the adapter settings and look for the wireless network connection. If it appears, then the device supports Wi-Fi. Then, click on properties and configure and click on the connection twice to view the status of the device. Then, to view the networks to which the adapter can connect, select the Advanced tab. Open the web browser and enter the credentials to login.

Then, click on OK to close the device window and click on close. To connect to the Wi-Fi, first, open the networking menu on the PC and then scan for networks, locate the network by clicking on the scan option and connect it by typing the password required by it. The connection can be checked as well by opening the web browser, opening any website such as Google and if it works fine, then the connection has been successfully established.
