Hi. To know about Google Apps directory sync, first prepare the servers, decide what exactly is to be synchronized, and verify the synchronization settings by ensuring that a proposed changed report gets generated at the end of the synchronization which shows what all changes have been made to the user list of Google Apps.

Google apps password sync can be set up as well by choosing the authentication method first, followed by the creation of a GAPS service account. Next, add users to the Google Apps, and then enable the directory API. Download and then install the GAPS, configure GAPS and finally train the users to change the AD passwords.
