I just bought a Mac PC so I am still new to it. I just upgraded my Operating System to OS X Lion. I just wonder why but when I used Google Chrome and I scroll towards the left, it teleports me to the previous page I was in. As what I have said, I am a new Mac user so I have no idea what this is all about. Please help me or send me suggestions on how to stop this from sending me back to the previous page. I cannot go on to what I am surfing. Please help!
Google Chrome always transfers me to previous page
You will need to try the following workaround to remedy the issues that you are having with the tabs in the Google chrome browser:
-
You will need to open Google chrome.
-
And then you will need to choose Wrench.
-
Followed by Bookmark manager.
-
And then you will need to click on organize.
-
And then choose the Import bookmarks option.
The problem may be caused by accidentally dragging the tabs to open in a new window, and therefore you will just need to watch how you use tabs in the browser and avoid dragging them to open in a new window.
