Hi fellows, how are you today?

I want some help here regarding the image error you can see as attached. I was exploring a website, when I received this error message that LMS communication cannot be initialized.

An error has occurred:

Error initializing communications with LMS

Press ‘OK’ to view debug information to send to technical Support.

I pressed OK and it displayed a box having a few error reports regarding the opening of page. I thought that It may be because I was using IE 6. So I installed Google Chrome and explored that page. At the end of exploration, I received this error message again.

Can please anyone tell me why this error is getting repeated? What is the actual cause of this?

Is the page link broken or the page is corrupt?

Please let me know if anyone has idea regarding this error.

The website you are visiting does not meet the requirements they needed. Like an updated version of Google Chrome, Flash Player, Shockwave Player and Java. Steps to make:

  • Uninstall Google Chrome.
  • Download the latest version of Google Chrome.
  • Download the latest Flash Player. LINK: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  • Install Flash Player.
  • Download the latest Shockwave Player. LINK: https://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
  • Download the latest Java. LINK: https://www.java.com/en/download/
  • After all the installation is completed, run Google Chrome and visit the website that you visited with error again.
  • No errors will show unless your browser is updated (also do not forget to update your antivirus).

It is a Java script error. You have to install now Java program to solve this problem. Basically, you are using a site that opens Java program facility. Since your computer does not support Java programs, you are getting this problem. So to solve this problem, you just install a new Java program. If you have a Java program, then you have to update it to solve your problem.

However, it may also be a cause of your internet connectivity error, so you can check it also. To check this kind of problem you can take these steps:

  • Go to START and then click on RUN
  • Then type cmd
  • Now in this new window type tracert "website". Example of this can be tracert www.techyv.com. It will trace the path you are using to connect through and if any error comes, then you have to see your net connection settings also.

I hope you will be able to solve it now.
