Here you have infected file that is related with your Google chrome browser. So when you run the Google chrome, the virus begins to spread all around. During this, the virus damages all running files and other profiles are being damaged by it. Just scan your computer with antivirus to overcome this problem.

 Next what you can do is: Clean temporary files, restart the windows and try again. Now if you really think something is wrong, you should try to bring it to the default settings. To do that:

1. Open a new tab and go to chrome://settings.

2. Scroll down and click Show advanced settings.

3. After expanding the section, scroll down and find out the button saying Reset browser settings.

4. If asked, click Reset.

Now, your Google Chrome is at the original state.

Your install file may be corrupted. Download it again and attempt an install. Also, ensure that the file has the necessary system permissions to execute. If that does not work, acquire and install an older version of Google Chrome. If you still encounter problems, conduct system maintenance: defragment, wipe free space, erase junk files, run a virus scan, and update your OS.
