I'm using Google Chrome as my default browser. But it was really annoying every time it hangs and shows a message to stop the script. Obviously, the only choice you have when this thing happens is to force close your browser and restart to whatever you were doing. Last night, while I was in a middle of my researches, my Chrome suddenly stop working and unexpectedly shuts down. Then I restarted my browser but I could not open the Chrome this time. When I double click the icon of Google chrome on my desktop, an error appears that says: Whoa!Google Chrome has crashed.
I tried to restart my computer thinking that maybe there is a software that having a conflict with the Chrome. But it doesn't work. Aside from the language issue, I did not realize that Chrome has a lot of technical problems to be fix. I am using Google Chrome 13.0.772.0 BETA version, hoping that I can get the best speed and features, but all I got is this unending errors. I also tried uninstalling then reinstall it back, but the error still shows.
What steps can I do to recover my Chrome and what version do I need to install to avoid this errors? Please help me. My OS is Windows Vista Ultimate. I have other browser, but I like the Chrome better when it's not showing any errors. I'm hoping someone can reply to my question. Thank you. I enclosed some pictures similar to the errors I am receiving. Please take a look at it.

Google Chrome Issues and Errors
Since you are using Google Chrome and you said that it crashes most of the time, it could either be the browser or your computer.
-
Reset your Chrome browser to default by doing the following: First, click on the Wrench icon on your toolbar. GO to Options then "Reset defaults."
-
You may also update your browser by accessing Internet Download Manager. If you don't have it, you can download it at:http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com Open the Internet Download Manager by going to Options then General then go to Advanced Browser Integration option.
-
You should also check for conflicting software by typing in about:conflicts on the address bar of your browser or when you open a folder window such as My Computer. If you have a software that may cause Google Chrome to crash, it will be shown on that page. It will also give you recommendations on how to fix it. Usually the cause of this crash is a malware that affected your computer so you may need to run a full scan of your antivirus.
-
You may also need to create a new browser profile. Click on the Start then go to Run. Type this in the text field: Windows Vista and Windows 7: %LOCALAPPDATA%GoogleChromeUser Data, look for the folder labeled "Default" when another directory window opens — rename it "Backup default."
-
You can also check for problems with system files that are protected. Again, click on the Start then go to Run. Type in: SFC.EXE /SCANNOW (there should be a space between SFC.EXE and /SCANNOW). This will run the Microsoft utility that scans and repairs problems with the protected system files on your computer.
-
Also since you have Windows Vista, Vista has a lot of system updates and Startup programs that slow down the computer. You may need to disable the startup programs by doing the following:
-
You may also need to upgrade your computer's RAM (Random Access Memory) to increase the memory of your computer.
-
You may also need to reinstall your Google Chrome or update it. If there appears an upward arrow on the Wrench icon, then most likely there is an update. Just click on it to update.
-
It would also be best to optimize your browser by going to the Wrench icon >> Options then "Under the Hood." GO to delete browsing history. Do this before logging of the computer.
-
If all else fails, you may need to change your operating system to Windows 7 which is better than Vista in some ways. Windows Vista is more user-friendly and does not require too many updates and start up programs do not appear.
Hope these will help.

It is a common problem for chrome users. Mostly this crash occurs when you try to access a page which has large size. There are some solutions for this. First one is, upgrade your virtual memory, and then remove your web cookies from your browser. If you use a operating system like windows XP this problem will solve.Â
