Dears,
I was using Google Chrome when a pop-up appeared.
When I clicked, it displayed the error which you can see below in the image. What can it be?
Can this issue be resolved if I uninstall and reinstall Chrome?
This program can’t start because nspr4.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I don’t think so. If I reinstall it and then pop-up again appears after some time, then what will I do. So, what I want from you is that you tell me a way on how to get rid of unwanted pop-ups, or how to automatically block any file to interrupt my explorer properties.
There is one more thing that I would like to share. I am also using Firefox and its working fine. I use both browsers at the same time. Firefox goes well, but at the same time Chrome receives that pop-up and gets halted.
So, I am looking for an expert who can give me the right solution to this problem.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Google Chrome nspr4.dll file missing error
Dll are the system files. When you start a program or run a program, it uses dll files to execute in memory. Every dll file has its own function. If your computer doesn't have a particular dll file which is required for a program to execute, it will display an error message. nspr4.dll is file is required by chrome execution file “chrome.exe” to start running.
You can download it from here.
Unzip this file to “system 32” folder of your computer. This is located in the directory of “windows”. After unzipping, click on chrome.exe.

Google Chrome nspr4.dll file missing error
Hi Jemison,
You can uninstall your Firefox and Chrome browsers and then restart the computer. Decide whether you need both browsers and if you do, then install Chrome first before Firefox. If this doesn’t work, then you can download and install the DLL error fix software. Scan the nspr4.dll error and fix the error. This software can be downloaded for free from various sites.
Another solution would be to copy this .dll file to your computer’s system32 directory. You can do this:
By going to My Computer>select the hard drive with your program files in it>open the Program Files folder. Here you need to find Mozilla Firefox and locate the nspr4.dll file.
Copy this file and paste it in your Windows system32 folder (My Computer>select the hard drive where you have your Windows folder>select Windows>open the system32 folder).
