In that case you can fix this bug following these instructions. First of all you need to back up your registry as it involves changing registry. Look for SysPlant through HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesSysPlant and open Start DWORD. Now disable drivers by changing value to 4 and reboot your system for changes to take effect. After restart you will not encounter this problem.

On the other hand, try using Google Chrome with no sandbox. To do so, right click on Shortcut of Google Chrome on your desktop and click on properties. Now just paste --no-sandbox at the end of path in Target line. This may also resolve your issue.
