Google Earth shows error and shut down

I have installed the Google Earth in my laptop, after it runs for a minute or two, a window pops up with… Google Earth has encountered a problem and needs to close. Its show the diagnostic report as this,

DOCUME~1useLOCAL~1TempGoogle_Earth_5.0.11 7.33.9347_090625-141447_1.dmp

And that time Google Earth shuts down. How can its solve ? I have a Dell laptop, with windows XP professional edition and have uninstalled my antivirus in case that was show same problem. I am using Avast .

Google Earth shows error and shut down

Well, sometimes this happens due to strong virus and some antivirus could not remove strong viruses which infect the computer or windows programs. First of all you should remove Google earth from your computer and then download a Symentic Antivirus in your computer from this link.

Download Link after complete downloading run this software and install it to your computer and after updating scan your complete system and remove virus if any found then download a new and updated version of Google Earth because may be old version files remain effected on your computer. New version of Google Earth will work properly on your PC hope this method will work.

Google Earth shows error and shut down

First of all make sure that this service is available in your country and then you can solve your problem. make sure that you installed the full version and there is no update required for this program. You can just go to the website of Google earth and then can make a update from other and your program will run normal.

The second thing to configure is your computer chance and make sure it is not full. Check for all of your security options and then make sure that your are getting no problem. Check your internet services also to solve your problem and make sure you are getting full signal on your devices if any. Check for any possible antivirus in your computer.

If all of these problems are solved then your program will run fine and there will be not problem at end.
