Google shopping App crashing problem

Hi,

I have Google Nexus 7 which I installed the Google shopping App, the Application was running well and suddenly it started going off immediately I launch it, I have tried uninstalling the App but it won't uninstall, what could be the reason for this behavior? How do I uninstall this App without factory resetting my device?

Google shopping App crashing problem

The 'Uninstaller' tool is used for removing the Google shopping app from the Nexus 7.
