Google Talk’s latest update doesn’t behave gracefully offline

Hello expert friends,

Recently I have updated some application in the computer. I have updated the Adobe application and Antivirus to the latest version. However, I am facing an error in different program; I get an error message in Google talk service. I tried repeatedly but nothing works and I tried to reboot the computer but no luck. How do I fix the following error? Please help. Thanks.

Google Talk’s latest update doesn’t behave gracefully offline

This type of problem normally happens owing to User Account that Windows created during initial setup and that got changed owing to update. You can solve the problem in either of the following ways: –

1. Create a new User Account with administrator’s permissions. Restart and Log in with this new account. After fresh login remove the old user account from control panel. Before removing the same remember the name and the password. Create again a fresh account with the same user account that you just deleted and give it admin privilege (Turn off User Account Control). Restart and this time log in with your old account which you have recreated.

2 The solution might work with current account as well, which is preventing gtalk. Turn off UAC (User Access Control) & it should start working. Follow the following path for windows 7

Open control panel search and open UAC and now change the slider to minimum.
