Got bad test result for ping test ps3.

Whenever I connect to internet through PC, everything works fine, problem is connecting through ps3. I got bad test result for ping test ps3. Does anybody know the cause of this problem and how to rectify this issue? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Hallo Lorin,

Note that connecting to PS3 on the internet will be absolutely different from connecting to a mail page for instance, for playing PS3 online requires that your internet connection be very strong so that can load the graphics and all other files. So I suspect that you are getting the issue when connecting to PS3 because your internet connectivity it too slow and therefore you will need to troubleshoot that problem as follows:

• If you are connecting to the internet using a wireless connection, ensure that you have got a strong signal on the computer that you are using to get strong internet access speed.
• For wired connection, you will need to make sure that the cables are connected correctly, if possible restart the router to refresh the settings.
