Got error while attempting disk defragmenter

I have now installed Norton Utilities 15 but when I am attempting to start the real-time disk defragmenter, I receive the following error message:

Plugin driver is not registered

Please help and guide

Got error while attempting disk defragmenter

 

Its Pleasure Parvezlalani to provide solution for your query as you said that getting the error as that it not allow to install on it and a warning followed as it could cause serious harm to computer.

 

Its required to perform uninstallation first the entire application installed successfully by restarting the computer and then re-install again from first and its better to check that all files are working fine in the application.

 

The reason for getting the error may also be the missing of the file of your application so you better ensure that all files in that are working fine and hence then only without error the installation is successful and as in the error it denotes Violating the package you are going to install may damage the system so install a fresh and valid package downloaded from trusted publisher.

 

If possible repair the system or format it once so it may get fresh copy of os and might work properly without errors while even installing the packages.
