Hi,
I was creating wireframes with Adobe Fireworks CS5 and it worked fine in my Win XP.Â
But when I tried to close it after I was done, I got this error message. Â
Adobe Fireworks CS4
An internal error occurred.
An internal error occurred.
I tried opening then closing the software, and this worked fine.Â
However, when I created something, the error happened again.Â
I didn’t want to re-install and didn’t know what to do next.Â
Any advice on how to get rid of the error?
Got an error while exiting from Adobe Fireworks CS5
If the adobe fireworks CS5 that you are using is a beta version, then it could be having problems. Most beta versions, not only for the adobe programs but for also other programs have been known to cause problems, and therefore I will advise you upgrade the adobe program to a full version and see if that will solve the problem.
During the upgrade, I will advise that you sue the adobe CS5 cleanscript, which is a utility that will ensure that all the beta components of the adobe CS5 program that you are using and uninstalled. You can thereafter perform a clean installation of the full version of adobe firewroks CS5.
The link to cleanscript is here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
