I have been using CometBird for browsing then randomly I got this error message.Â
CometBird.exe – Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because ssl3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I tried uninstalling and installing it for several times but the error wouldn’t go away. I was used to CometBird for web browsing and didn’t want to switch to other browsers. So, please help me resolve the problem ASAP.Â
Thanks a lot in advance.

Got an error while using Cometbird web browser
Hello Maalouf,
It seems like some important registry files for the commetbird browser have been tampered with. I will suggest that you try running a program that will identify broken registries and repair them, and I will recommend ccleaner for you, and you can find it and download for free from the internet.
After you have run ccleaner to repair the registries try running commetbird and see if it will work. If does not work I will suggest that you do its clean installation, or even download another setup application for commetbird and try to install it and see if it will work.
Hope this helps.

It sounds to me that you don't have a good version of it. A fail-safe cometbird installer can be found here
Hope this helps.
