GotoMeeting application is unable to start

Hi all,

When I try to install GoToMeeting application I ended up with an odd error message. The download and installation went pretty good to some extent. But why I am not able to start the application? I tried to reinstall several times and I restarted the system but nothing happened. Help please. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

GotoMeeting application is unable to start

Supposedly, the application GoToMeeting should work on any operating system architectures whether it is x86 or x64. In your case, I assume that you are using x64 Microsoft Windows because of that “x86” folder in the Program Files. If you are using one of the supported operating systems, then there must be something wrong with your installer.

Try downloading the installer again from Download and Install GoToMeeting. Once downloaded, run it to install the program. It supports Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. The supported web browsers include Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 7 and later, Mozilla Firefox 4 and up, and Google Chrome 5 and up.

For Mac users, GoToMeeting supports Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, and 10.8 Mountain Lion. The supported web browsers for Mac include Safari 3 and later, Mozilla Firefox 4 and higher, and Google Chrome 5 and higher. It also supports Microsoft Windows 8 and Microsoft Windows RT. A fast internet connection is required to use the program.
