Hi,
I have a newly purchased computer and graphics card. My computer does not work well and I cannot even use it. The person I bought it from was not able to tell me why the card does not work and was really incapable of solving the PC problem. I was told that the graphics card, graphics card slot and the PSU are the cause of this problem. How is that so? Could someone advice please. Thanks.

Graphics card and slot are bringing issues on my PC
Let me start by asking what type of Graphics card are you using and besides the graphics card, does your computer have an onboard VGA card? If so, you need to disable the onboard VGA so that you can only use the one you purchased. Also, make sure to install the right drivers for your new Graphics card. Please confirm on the motherboard of your PC whether there is the onboard VGA before you proceed.

Graphics card and slot are bringing issues on my PC
Hello Jackie,
Please check the points first:
1.  Did you checked by uninstalling and installing the driver again!
2.  Did you check the availability of your graphics card in your device manager!
3.  Did you confirm that the graphics card is connected to the PCI properly!
Now if all those are checked and you did not got any problem with that than take off the graphics card form the PCI port and clean the PCI port using something like cotton. Then again set that into that PCI and try again.
Also you can find out is that graphics card is ok or not by set that into another PC. If do not work than it is graphics card which need to be changed.
Thank you,
Riley weaver
