Hi,

I am running Windows XP SP2 and during the usage of any program the following error message encounters. Whenever I start my system this pop up message appears and is becoming very weird. I have fed up from this message and now want to remove this error. Why does come this error? How can I avoid? Help me with proper solution.

Hi Horace,

The error is because of the registry files in the system.
To resolve this error follow the below steps:
1) Go to the registry 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREGPL Ghostscirpt'
2) Clean all the values in the registry file
3) Download the .exe of Ghost script from the Ghost script website
4) Follow the installation wizard steps and install the .exe file
5) The value of GS_DLL in the installed file must be the same as in 'HKLMSOFTWAREGPL Ghostscript'
6) The value of GS_LIB in the installed file must be the same as in 'HKLMSOFTWAREWow6432NodeGPL Ghostscript'
