Guest Additions installation fails in Windows XP 64 guest

Hello,

While the installation of an addition for Virtual Box this error appeared and the Try Again button is not helping and if I press Skip another error appears. Can anyone help me with this error ? What I have missed ? The installer is downloaded from a trusted source and is compatible with my Window XP (x64).

Guest Additions installation fails in Windows XP 64 guest

You can fix this by the following steps.

• Flush VDI after certain amount of data that you have written.
• Configure it individually for each disk that is using the command, shown in the image.

• Value to disk should be "0" on 1st channel for master device.
• Value for slave device should be "1"
• For 2nd master device and channel the value should be "2" or "3"
• specify no value for [b] to remove extra data keys.
• In this way you can fix the error.
