You can done this simply by download a software which is called Xbox Theme for Outlook Web Access (owa). I think this will help you to solve your problem. Yes you can get the skins and themes for OWA also known as Outlook Web App from Microsoft. This will enable you customize your application to your preferences.

I might also need to warn you that installing these themes on Outlook may be technical and tasking
