Hang of a computer for every start up

I have a computer which is based on: 1.8 GHz Processor, 2GB RAM, 256MB AGP, 40GB HDD. Intel's 31 Board.   But it hangs for every startup.  What is the problem?

Hang of a computer for every start up

When your screen freezes or your computer hangs during a startup process there are a lot of possibilities why this could be happening. It could be some issues with hardware problems or some programs that may have been installed that are not compatible with your computer system. To find which of these are causing the issues, we need to know on which part of the startup the issue occurred. Was it upon turning the computer on or while your operating system is loading? there's a lot of possibilities about your concern but you can try to look of your pc parts if you are using a sata port to your HDD try to remove that first then put it back again you have to be sure that it is mounted well
