Recently, I bought a new Motorola G and it works perfectly fine. But for the last few days, the screen was stacked and I was unable to use my phone. It won't even read most of my media files like my MP3 music files. There are only few music files that my phone can read. And I'm not even sure if it's on my Phone Memory or what. Can someone help me on setting this up properly? I might be missing something on the Settings that's why I am encountering this. Or if there is any other solutions that you can suggest, please tell me. Thanks.

Hanging problem in my mobile Motorola moto G.
Here’s a little information about your Motorola G. The Motorola G is also known as Motorola Moto G X1032 and it is also available as Moto G Forte which includes the Moto G Grip Shell back panel. This handset supports 2G and 3G networks using a micro-SIM card. It was announced on November 2013 and released also on the same month.
It measures 129.9 x 65.9 x 11.6 millimeters and weighs 143 grams. It has an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution. It supports multi-touch and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The internal storage is available in 8 and 16 GB capacities and runs on 1 GB RAM.
It supports Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and LE and microUSB 2.0 with USB Host. The primary camera supports 5 megapixels at 2592 Ñ… 1944 pixels resolution featuring autofocus, LED flash, panorama, face detection, geo-tagging, HDR, and touch focus. It can record video in 720p at 30 fps with HDR and stereo sound. It has a secondary camera that supports 1.3 megapixels.
It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean upgradable up to 4.4.4 KitKat powered by Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 chipset on Quad Core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor and Adreno 305 GPU. It supports Java via Java MIDP emulator and HTML5 for web browsing. It runs on a non-removable Li-Ion 2070 mAh battery with talk time up to 24 hours. It costs around 130 Euros.
If you notice a little lag on your handset, maybe there are too many apps running simultaneously. Bring down the task manager and close the apps that are no longer needed. Sometimes when you close an app, it doesn’t exit completely. There are times it remains running though you already closed it and is viewable in the task manager.
Also try turning off your handset then open the back cover. Remove the battery. Wait for about five to ten minutes then reinstall the battery and then start the phone. See if this improves your handset.
