Has my Android got infected with virus?

I have Samsung Galaxy S Duos II. Last night, I was using TubeMate and watching some videos. After some time, a pop up came and it said that my System is outdated. I clicked on the pop up and it took me nowhere. It just disappeared. Later on, when I closed TubeMate, Avast warned me that Tertiary Tracker has infected my device. What should I do to get rid of it? I'm unable to delete it from the Apps tab.

First you should check that, Have you installed any free app before pop was coming. Please try ad newt work detector application. thumbup

Also, Please clear the data and Cheche from your browser.

Do not install any unnecessary application in your phone. It may causes of viruses in mobile. Use best antivirus for mobile protection likes kaspersky.
