Hi,

Please look at the screenshot below. It’s regarding my iPod Location Services. Have you any idea for GPS?

Please let me know the services provided by it. 

Location Services

Location services uses GPS along with crowd-sourced WiFi hotspot and cell tower location to determine your approximate location.

Have you any idea for GPS?

GPS or Global Positioning Satellite is a service were it gives your IPods Exact Location. It is used for Map Navigation, finding restaurants, ATMS, Roads, Landmarks.

GPS can be used while connected to a WiFi Hotspot or Cellphone Towers.

Nowadays using a GPS to find something in your area is a big help. It gives you the exact location or possible places that you are looking for.

The Global Positioning System or what we called GPS is a space satellite that is being used to provide location and timely information about the weather condition. This has been developed and now being used as a guide to motorists. Some of the high technology gadgets now like your iPod has a build in GPS via an internet connection for location preferences.
