Having error while generating report on SAS ABM

Hi, I was generating a profit cliff report using SAS ABM. I was able to generate the report for User A but surprisingly the report for the User B was not being generated. I received the following error message instead of getting the report. Can someone tell me what is wrong?

 

An unexpected failure occurred during the 'Run Report' operation.

com.sas.svcs.dav.client.DAVContentException: Missing or null metadata for item 'Products/SAS Activity-Based Management/temp/d6d02c80-a3cf-498f-a85b-47a58bff77a8.pdf', possibly item does not exist

The error message that you are getting is related to issues with the license. In order to resolve  it you will need to ensure that the number of users imported does not exceeded the limit needs to be reached as mentioned in the license report. The following are the steps that will help you verify this:

  • First off, you can choose to check the license report by going to Cisco Unity Connection Administration, and then System Settings, and then Licenses.
  • You will need to click on the license file and then run the license report.
