Hello everyone,
I'm using iPhone 3G. Since a couple of day's, I'm trying to download applications from the Apple store in my iPhone. Whenever I tried to download it, it simply hangs. Like while I choose any application to download it, it downloads well but after the download completes, it starts to install and after a few minutes, it just stops and asks for reinstallation.
Yesterday, while I tried to install it again, it downloads and then my iPhone OS totally crashed. What should I do now?
Please someone help me.
Regards,
Raihan

Having problem to download applications in my iPhone 3G
I've read your message carefully. First thing what you have to is, to restore you OS. To restore your connection your iPhone to your computer and then iTunes will appear in your computer screen. It means your Phone has been detected with iTunes. Now Click on Restore. Your phone will start to store OS.
This is a primary step, which I mentioned above. Now very important information for you is, do not use App store on your iPhone to purchase or update Apps use iTunes only. I faced the same issues and then I discovered the main problem. Since I stopped using the App store on the iPhone I have had no crashes.
What I have done just Update my apps using iTunes from my computer and then update in my iPhone.
Try it for yourself, just uninstall, do not delete every App purchased through your phone and redownload it through iTunes in your computer and then update from your computer. I think this will fix your problem.
Get back to me whether you can do it or not.

To uninstall application instead of deleting, first you have to log in to iTunes account when you sync your iPhone.
Then you have to set Country setting from iTunes.
Just do it and then uninstall your application.

Thanks for your solutions.
Now I can easily download the application from iTunes and then install in my iPhone without any hassle and no software crashes.
Now it's not taking long time to install.
Take care.

Assume, and another information is to keep updating  your software from  time to time.
If your Phone firmware Is not up-to-date, then you might face a  problem again to install application from iTunes.
Have a nice day.

Hi there,
As your iPhone OS crashes, first of all you have to restore and update your iPhone and then disable automatic sync; then plug your iPhone in to iTunes and go over to the application Tab.
Now change your selection to, sync only selected application.
Now to uninstall an Application just uncheck it and it will uninstall on your next sync.
Thanks.
