Hi,

The run time errors are general errors which cause a lot of pain. The reasons can be of hardware failure or conflicting of files or any other issue.

The conflicting of files can be like the existing hardware can be conflicting with the new hardware. There are softwares which help you in fixing these kind of runtime errors.

Regcure is one type of software which fixes this kind of  issue there is another option you can reinstall the file which is causing the error but as you said every software which ever you install has the runtime error so it means there is the problem with the operating which is installed the best way to overcome this problem is format your computer and install the operating system again.

Most “runtime” errors are related to compatibility. Meaning, they are not compatible with the operating system. So, if you are trying to install a program and you receive a runtime error, what you should do is check that software’s system requirements and verify that your computer meets those requirements. Basically, you should do this before you download and install the application.

If this doesn’t work, make sure you are using an administrator account when installing the program. Though there are several applications that can be installed with non-admin or limited accounts but the majority requires that you have an administrator account to do the installation. If you don’t have an admin account, ask someone with an administrator account to do the installation for you.
