      The run time errors are general errors which cause a lot of pain. The reasons can be of hardware failure or conflicting of files or any other issue.

The conflicting of files can be like the existing hardware can be conflicting with the new hardware. There are softwares which help you in fixing these kind of runtime errors.

If you don’t have an admin account, ask someone with an administrator account to do the installation for you.
