I experienced a POP error with my mail client. I am opening my Microsoft email and this message pops up. The cause is not clear to me so I can’t figure out how to solve it. My mail Post office Protocol is having problems delivering or downloading emails. I would like to ask for some suggestions on how to resolve POP errors. I could not just let this error stay here for long.

There are a lot of reasons why you are getting that kind of error. First of all, you have to make sure that you have entered your password correctly. You also need to know if you have any problem in email client settings. You also have to make sure that you have selected the compatible sign-in method in your email client:
For outlook express click tools > accounts > click the mail tab > choose properties. Make sure that you have not checked "log on using secure authentication password. And then check that pop3 is listed in the incoming server field.
