Having troubles in burning videos
Good Day!
Many reasons that cause for that issue. Please do check your DVD drive. If it's DVD writer or combo drive, it can read and burn Cd/DVD. If it's only DVD reader, it can read CD/DVD and burn only CD. Or rather, it is a faulty one. Check if it can read or play music or movie. Furthermore, Â the compatibility. There is some CD/DVD that cannot read or written from your drive but to the others computer they could and vice versa. Another thing, check for malfunctions. Try to play to different players, and see if your video is playing in all of them. How about the software. If it's not working for the CDBurnerXp try the nero, check the software's burner varieties of features. Also the DVD brands, because some DVDs are not compatible to the drives due to the quality. Perhaps you could try other brands. I hope this could help your problem.

Try using other software such as Nero or ConvertXtoDVD or the likes and then burn at a lower speed. Or sometimes, an update in your software may be useful as well.
There might be an incompatibility issue between your software and your DVD Writer.
Nero has a support on most operating system and it is commonly used by many. Download and install the latest version.
And also, try to use another CD/DVD disc.
Maybe the one you are using is not compatible with your writer.
Regards.
