Headset converter for Xbox one

I have a $300 sennheiser headset that I believe is much better than the Xbox one specific headsets that they recommend you to buy. The problem is that it has dual 3.5mm jacks that are audio in and audio out for the mic and headset. Will my headset work properly by picking up chat and stereo sounds if I buy their adapter with a single 3.5mm jack, and then use a dual 3.5mm converter to a single 3.5mm?

Headset converter for Xbox one

Hello. Your question is quite confusing, but I will explain the best I can. If you are referring to the headset as a dual, then yes you can purchase an adapter making the single 3.5mm jack to a dual. Once you plug the headset into the adapter, you should be good to go from there.
