Organizations provide this software to their customers for free (free as in price as well as free as in being open source).
The customer can contact the helpdesk whenever he/she faces any problem, and the company’s employees correspond to the problems and then come up with a solution. This software automates this process. The process consists of three steps namely, Ticket Management, Automation Suite and Reporting and Optimization.
Under ticket management, the customer’s information is stored in a particular manner so as to make the references for the Executive simple.
Automation suite allows the Help Desk Coordinator to ensure that the problem reaches to that employee who may have a solution to it. It is a redirection method.
In the last part, all the relevant and important information regarding the helpdesks, like the customer load on the help desk team, and the managers can look at it.
