Help me for BGA reball,laptop

Hello Techyv experts!

my laptop can't turn on.I send it for expert.he say that  it need  reball.

And he say, I can't  work long time and play game  after reball.

Please, I want to know about VGA reball technique.

Hi Maarar,

A ball grid array (BGA) is a type of surface-mount packaging used for integrated circuits.

BGA packages are used to permanently mount devices such as microprocessors.

BGA packages can typically have solder ball-attach problems due to manufacturing defects, improper end-user handling or PCB reclaim processes. Due to these BGA packages can be expensive to discard or replace, there has is demand for rework services called "Reballing".  

It is restore it to Industry standard IPC or JEDEC specifications.

 Having been involved with device testing and specification review or writing, BEST engineering can consult on a reballing process or process specification.
