I am using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and was wondering if someone knows how to change logon background blue tls? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I'm trying to give you some information about it. 

Go to the link below and download a very light software and install on your System.

It will work with Windows 7 Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, Enterprise and Starter in x86 or x64 ( 32 or 64 bits). 

So, you are also included in it.
