Hello!

Does anyone know a good PST backup tool standalone software? I am looking for a software that I can use in managing my personal folders and files. Any recommendation or suggestion?

Hi,

Backing up emails in ms outlook is never easy. You can always install standalone software but remember one thing as a rule of thumb, ms outlook never allows it PST file to be copied while you are working. I mean you deleted your data files accidentally and when you go back to software, you see copying errors.

My intention is to tell you that shadow copying must be used; otherwise copying software is good for nothing. I recommend you to use cobian backup utility. It has multiple choices and you can configure it easily. Top of all is that it is totally free.
