Help me to fix my Laptop. There is no sound in Laptop!

Due to problems with previous OS, I reinstall Win 7 to my Toshiba satellite 1135-S1553. But there is no sound in my laptop. I install all the drivers for my laptop, But still not working.

You miss one point, which you should say is the problems of previous OS. Okay now with the view of your description, I think this it is not Operating system problem. It can be hardware problem of your laptop. Now you should go to a hardware expert and discus about your problem.

According to your description, the trouble is not from operating system. This is hardware problem. Perhaps, the sound system has crashed. You consult a computer hardware engineer to analyze the problem.

Also you can use external sound box. There is usb port using sound box also. You can easily use them as your sound system. You don't need to go to hardware engineer.
