Help me to get rid of Windows XP shutdown problem!

Hi,

I have a peculiar problem in my laptop. When I shut my laptop down I get an error message pop up just before it switches itself off with the following codes: 0x0000134, 0xc10000 and 0x0054af43. I have tried to stop it but I don’t get any other way.

I hope someone can tell me what the problem is? Many thanks.

I had to face the same problem for my laptop. After I reboot my laptop this problem has been resolved. So please do it.
