Help Me To Solve Error Code 12002

I am facing the problem of error code 12002. Can anybody tell me to resolve the issue?
What can I do to remove this fault? Please help me.

Help Me To Solve Error Code 12002

This is a time-out error of a process. The reasons for coming of this error are like if you want to activate a Global Scape then you will get the following message communication is not established with the server you requested, this fault occur due to bad firewall or configuration of proxy is not right or network connection problems.

To remove this issue check the connection properly established or not, you can do the connection configuration CuteFTP documentation.  The code 12002 is a Winlnet API which is Microsoft Win32 Internet error.
