Hello,
I have installed Microsoft OneDrive on my Windows Operating System but an error message shows up trying to access this application. How can I fix this issue? I really need suggestions to demolish the problem. Thanks for your cooperation.

This can happen if you previously uninstalled Microsoft OneDrive then removed its installation folder. In this case, click Reconfigure OneDrive on the dialog box and select a new OneDrive sync folder. Microsoft OneDrive does not support Microsoft Windows XP. The latest version supports Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit.
