Hello,

I have installed Microsoft OneDrive on my Windows Operating System but an error message shows up trying to access this application. How can I fix this issue? I really need suggestions to demolish the problem. Thanks for your cooperation.

This can happen if you previously uninstalled Microsoft OneDrive then removed its installation folder. In this case, click Reconfigure OneDrive on the dialog box and select a new OneDrive sync folder. Microsoft OneDrive does not support Microsoft Windows XP. The latest version supports Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit.

For servers, it supports Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2012 both 32-bit and 64-bit. For OS X, it supports OS X 10.9 Mavericks and higher. Microsoft OneDrive requires 1 GHz processor or faster, 1 GB RAM or higher, 1024 × 576 screen resolution or higher, and internet connection. Microsoft OneDrive is formerly known in the following names:

  • * Windows Live SkyDrive
  • * Windows Live Folders

Microsoft OneDrive is a file hosting service similar to Google Drive and Dropbox. It allows users to synchronize files and access them later using a web browser or Smartphone. The original storage limit for free users is 15 GB but was decreased down to 5 GB on January 31, 2016.
