I have received Microsoft word 2016 error message when I tried to open my document in word form. I have verified my subscription during installation but now it shows this error message. Help me resolving this problem. Thanks.

Help Microsoft Word Subscription Error
It seems this issue is very common among OS X users of Microsoft Office 365 except Windows users. Normally, after installing Microsoft Office 365 on your computer and activated your subscription, you can use it offline or without internet connection. But you should connect to the internet every thirty days to maintain your subscription. Microsoft Office 365 will remind you when it is time to connect.
In your case, if it is your first time to use Microsoft Office 365, make sure to activate your subscription first before going offline. That way your account is already active. But in case you are already connected to the internet but the application still cannot verify your subscription, try re-installing Microsoft Office 365.
You can refer to How to Completely Remove Office 2011 for Mac to learn how to uninstall Office 365. Once Microsoft Office 365 is uninstalled, install it back. See if this fixes the problem like what other users did. Office 365 is Microsoft’s cloud version of Microsoft Office. You will connect through the internet, make payment, set up an account, download appropriate files, and then go to work.
If you want to use Microsoft Office 365, you need Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows 8. For OS X users, you will need OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or higher. You will also need internet connection to install Microsoft Office 365 and to manage or activate your subscription.
