Error on watching videos on Blackberry phone

I want help here with my blackberry as i can't open any videos just i can hear the sound and can't see the videos just i have black screen with the type of the video realplayer or something else , i hope that anyone read this understands me and i hope to help me quickly please

Hello Tony,

Few models of Blackberry does not support all format of videos. Even when it comes to mp4, it does not support all the flavours of mp4. It supports only a few versions of mp4. So check if it supports normal videos or other versions of mp4 by trying different videos. Or else you may try resetting your phone to its factory settings and check if that helps. But make sure that you have taken a backup of all essential files before resetting your phone to factory settings.

I also found in the internet forums that removing the battery and clearing the memory has been success a lot of times. If both of these steps does not help you have to check with the blackberry support team only.

If you don’t see any image only sound when playing a video on your BlackBerry Smartphone, check that the media player you used supports the file format of the video. This sounds like a problem with the video codec used on the video. Try downloading GoodPlayer.
