Help, my google Nexus 9 is hanging

Why is my Google nexus 9 hanging? I downloaded an app from Google play, while installing the app the shutdown. I restarted the device, but whenever the device finish loading, it always hangs. How do I make the device to stop hanging? Should I report the behavior to the app vendor?

Hello Joseph H Higuchi,  I think you have install the app from untrusted source.you should immediately uninstall the app and try to get it from trusted sources. You should never install any app from untrusted source as it may lead to hang problem in your device. Be it in mind always.

Help, my google Nexus 9 is hanging

The installed app is creating the problem with your device. The app may contain some type of bugs or virus.

Now to solve the problem you need to force restore the phone.

Below is the procedure for that.

Turn your mobile off and take off the battery and put back again.

Press volume down, home button and power button until mobile vibrates.

Select the Wipe All The Data by using the volume buttons.

After that select All by using the power button mobile will be formatted.

After that select the reboot.
