Help my IP address is Different

Why is my IP address different from my location? I am having a serious task in changing the system IP to my Location IP. This has started after I install a VPN on my laptop, now my IP is showing Afganistan. I later disable the VPN program, but yet the IP remains the same. After I uninstall the program, the system stop browsing altogether. What is the cause of this behavior? Also, what option do I have to reclaim my IP?

Help my IP address is Different

An IP address is the address registered at specific location. It identifies the address where it is registered. This is Internet Service Provider issuing server. This ISP server can be in different city, state or different country. As you said that you have installed VPN on your laptop, the IP is showing Afghanistan. The VPN IP must be registered at Afghanistan. Please contact your service provider asking for IP location or Check out different IP trackers. Many times different IP trackers shows different city, state or even country.
